Process not working

Hi,

 

We have processes that work daily on Windows Scheduler, connecting to Alteryx and Salesforce. We haven't had an issue with this in the past.

Last night an error came through

'00:01:03.941 - Error - ToolId 1: {'error': 'unknown_error', 'error_description': 'retry your request'}

00:01:03.943 - Error - ToolId 1: Workflow was Cancelled by Properties Setting Finished in 00:01:04.028 with 2 errors'

 

Since this error came through all scheduled processes are unable to find a file on another machine causing the process to fail each time.

In Alteryx itself, the file can be accessed and reads the data as normal, but as soon as we run the process from a schedule, it doesn't work and gives us the same error again.

Is  ToolId 1 the Salesforce Input Tool?

 

Which version of the Salesforce Tool and Alteryx you're using?
