Problem in Opening File in Alteryx

Hello 

I am trying to open/ input a new excel based file in the Alteryx, but I am getting the following error. 

I am not sure what is the extension, as prime facia the excel file format is ".xls", however when I open the excel file I get the message "file format and extension don't match". 

Can anyone assist me in troubleshooting and resolving this issue.

Hi @oiciadteam 

As the error says try installing 2010 Access driver it should work.
