Is it possible to output a csv file or any file that can be used further in alteryx from a Dynamic In-Db tool?

Definitely yes. You can store the streaming data in many formats irrespective of any input source.

While taking dynamic input it could read as many files you have passed and you also need to configure your output accordingly.
