I can't get any data going out of the True output on the fiter tool. I only see it on the false output. I have a formula in the filter tool that should only allow the year 2019 to go through and remove 2018. Also I would like to add another filter tool and only pull data -7 days. Here are both of the formulas I am using, Also here is my flow and the data I am using. I removed a few columns bc they are confidential. 

[INSPECTION_CREATE_DATE]='2019'

[INSPECTION_CREATE_DATE]=DATETIMEADD(DATETIMENOW(), -7, "days")

Try using [INSPECTION_CREATE_DATE]>= DateTimeAdd(DateTimeNow(),-7,"days") in your filter expression. Workflow is attached for reference. This will pass the most recent 7 days of data through the filter tool.
