New Learner: Using Filters

Hi everyone

I have just started my journey to learn Alteryx and am working through the 'Getting Started Learning Path'. I am learning about Filters have loaded in the 'filter try it now' yxmd file. When doing the first task and clicking run, the following error message comes up and I unsure how to navigate around it. Can anyone please help?

According to this post, this is most likely caused by the incorrect Alteryx Installation.

Can you try to reinstall the Atteryx with latest version?
