Need to input blank rows after segregating with a certain condition

I am trying to segregate buy and sell transactions in "Sheet 1" tab into Buy transactions first and then incorporate a few blank rows and then a heading as sell transactions post which the sell transactions would be listed. I have tried using a text input tool with blanks but it isn't coming in the desired format. Attaching the input listed in sheet 1. The desired output tab shows the output I need. Can you please help me in tweaking my attached workflow. Thanks a lot!
