Multiple sums of data with formatting

I have attached the data that I am trying to sum and format

The trickiest part for me has been trying to format the sums and spacing as shown:

After sorting the data by Division/FX/Project, I want to individually sum by:

Project & Division.

Also, Is it possible to keep this formatting (sum totals) while creating a tab for each division?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi @tiverson ,

This might be a bit fiddly but I've built a macro to build each individual table to the format you require.

If you want to expand on this by using further formatting in the table tool within the macro then you can simply open the macro and amend the table tool accordingly.

This workflow is as follows:

With the macro expanded as follows:

mceleavey_1-1638470606817.png

This gives the following output:

mceleavey_2-1638470648611.png

Which you can now use in the layout/Render tools etc.

I hope this helps,

M

How do I view the output?

I haven't used Macros with Alteryx

@tiverson
Just download the package, and try to run the workflow.
