Multiple date formats in one column

Hi all,

I have one column that contains multiple date formats. I would like to format them all as mm/dd/yyyy, but some are not recognized as dates. Any help is appreciated. For example in the column, the dates are formatted as dd/mm/yyyy or yyyy-mm-dd.
