Multi row formula

I'm getting the below error which I think is form the formula in the formula tool, pls advice.

What is your loop expression (it's not in the screenshot)?  Everything else looks okay from what I see.

Oh - also check that there are no null values for Start Date.  That could throw it off as well (depending on your loop expression).

Same with @mbarone , I believe there is some wrong with the loop expression formula in your Generate Row Tool.

It should like look some thing as below.
