Hello,

I'm trying to add a column with numbers that grow every time a word appears.
For example:

Thank you.

Hi,

Generally when you look to do something that involves having the values in the preceding / subsequent rows affecting the values of the current row, the Multi-row tool is the way to go. Both solutions given by the community members should already provide the outcome you need.

If you are interested in going beyond getting "the answer" and are keen to explore how to be able to apply this tool in similar / augmented situations, I'd highly recommend that you try out the "Open example" hyperlinks when you hover the cursor over the Multi-row tool.

Happy solving!

Dawn.
