Moving row as header while keeping my current header

If you see my data one column actually contain two data. Hence I would like to move my row 2 as header and split the data to the correct column. I am new here can i kindly seek your help on this please

I assume your "ID" column is only digital numbers.

Hi thanks for the solution if my ID was not just digital number but with an alphabet behind would the solution be the same. Just to add on further if i have more column with the same issue would i be able to use the same solution. Thanks a lot for your guidance. I attached a new excel if now my data are like this would I be able to repeat the same step? Thank you, thank you
