Moving Data from Columns

Hi,

I am trying to Parse data from PDF in Alteryx, while doing so I came across (attached file) wherein i need to move data from column to other.

For Eg- In the attached file I need to move Row 5,6,7 in Column B to the same rows in Column A.

and again Row 5,6,7 in Column C to the same rows in Column B.

Any help on how I can do this.
