Model Comparison (105) - Error message when selecting positive class in target variable

Hi Everyone,

Could you please let me know why I am getting the following error message only when selecting a variable?

I am not getting the error message when i am not selecting anything in the configuration panel.

I've tried the input with Capitals, quotation marks, and made sure that what i am selecting as an input is what is one of the option for my target variable.

Error: Model Comparison (105): Tool #3: Error in `[.data.frame`(pred_probas, , new_positive_class) :
Error: Model Comparison (105): Tool #3: Execution halted
Error: Model Comparison (105): Tool #3: The R.exe exit code (1) indicated an error.

Thanks,

David.

How did you get over the problem?

I constantly get R problem in Boosted model and model comparison

I'm having the same problem too! It'd be greatly appreciated if you could share us your solution!

I found at least one fix to this error. My positive class for the model comparison was 'creditworthy' whereas in my data set it was 'Creditworthy'

The capitalization resolved it for my workflow, hope this helps.
