Missing Predictive Tools

I am a new user, installed Alteryx recently. 

I noticed that most of the tools, well all of the tools, in the Predictive group are missing.

All I see is Deploy and Score. 

I searched the knowledge base and found one post that addresses the same problem https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Discussions/Predictive-Tools-are-missing/m-p/33582...

It's marked as 'Solved'. I followed the steps in that post, including deleting directories and registry keys.

I reinstalled and re-licensed Alteryx and all I see is Deploy and Score. 

Is there a way to troubleshoot this problem?

Have you installed the Predictive Tools package?

You can find it on downloads.alteryx.com

Go to Alteryx Designer (version) > Alteryx Predictive Tools

Hi @davidmakovoz the predictive tools are an additional install. If you download the trial version during the install there is a menu that gives you an option to install the predictive tools. If you an existing customer and are upgrading once you have logged into Alteryx download should see the predictive tools as an additional install package.
