Merging cells

Hi colleagues - I am really hoping someone could help with a problem I am facing.  

I dont know how to merge cells in here

I will show as Merge1 , Merge 2 and so on

In general how does it look like: I have two merged headers and data 

Now problem is to create first merged cells

I have attached sample and my output with alteryx workflow, also added as a comment the data I am using.

Merge1|Merge1|Merge1|Merge2|Merge2|Merge2|Merge3|Merge3|Merge4|Merge4
