@8802036946 can you specify what actions you need to have occur on the front end? It appears that we may be just selecting the letter that we are needing to isolate, and then returning the last date that the letter was present in the data set.

Its like we have to match date pairs (current date and current date + 1 ) and then see for unidentical names. The one which is odd one out of the pattern for each day

Is this on a day-by-day, month-by-month, or row-by-row basis? If you could include sample input and output data (in excel or table format; not pictures) that would be very helpful. If what you're looking for is row-by-row, then you'll need the Multi-Row Formula Tool. Otherwise, you may be able to use the Formula Tool to calculate and Add a New Column with the corresponding date that you can then Join together and then use either 'L' or 'R' output to find the non-identical names.
