Interface Font Size and Icons have all minimised

Does anyone know why the interface has decreased font size, and icon size.  Everything is small and the ribbon seems to have go wonky in that it's covering my search bar and cutting off some of the tabs at the top?

Side note, I'm not having this problem on any other applications on my computer.
