I have a MacBook and the methods to download/use Alteryx on Mac are not compatible with my MacBook version. I have a license for Alteryx but have not activated it yet. My friend has Windows, so would it be possible for him and I to alternate between our two, respective licenses on just his computer? For example: if he were to complete an assignment on his license, could I then log out of his license and into mine, complete the assignment, and then log back into his (and so on)?
@LRogoff
In Option--> Manage License Menu, you can deactive your current license if that is you are asking.
If you are able to activate and deactivate licenses as many times as you want? Or will you not be able to re-activate once you deactivated for the first time?

I dont think there is a limitation there.
I agree with @Qiu but why do you need to switch licenses? Can you just use the same license to complete your assignments?
Exactly @Qiu !
