In DB Error

I am using this Connect-In DB tool to connect to a database. Getting an message that Error opening the connect string .

But the database works fine. I was able to write to it in the workflow using output data tool.

Appreciate some support.

Do you have two connections to the same database like a connection through a  file and through a user connection to the same db?

can you post a screen grab of your error?

And your sure there isn't a connection some other way? Like through a user/password combo in data connections or something? I've never seen an in-DB which works even though the connection failed.

I was able to write to the database using the output Data tool. and its the same database instance.
