Sometimes we put 1=2 in Custom Filter. What it Exactly meaning in Logic.

I've seen and done this in SQL, particularly Dynamic Input tool. This is done there because it's just a template for the tool initialization and "1 = 2" string will be replaced at runtime. If replacement doesn't occur then there won't be any rows returned because 1 = 2 is always false. If you're putting this in a filter tool then you're guaranteeing False.
