How to remove fullwidth forms (Japanese text style)

Hi, I'd like to remove only fullwidth forms from a combination of halfwidth and fullwidth forms（Japanese text style）. 

Please help me with this, thanks! 

ie) 123１全角

⇒ halfwidth：123, fullwidth: １全角

⇒ I only need  123 without１全角 

PS:

I've tried with Regex.Replace function, but wasn't able to remove fullwidth１.

ie) Rexgex.Replace("123１全角", "[\D]", "") ⇒ 123１(only removed 全角)
