How to remove Topic and empty column

Hi, 

Any function can remove the first 2 row of the report so that we can start to use 3td row to process data? The result before and after removing lines have attached for information. Thanks.

This one is pretty easy:

You need to start data import on line 3.

Alternatively there is also a select records tool that will allow you to achieve the same result but I will opt for the first solution as it will be easier to implement.
