How to remove HTML codes, values?

Hi,

I went through some articles regarding HTML within Alteryx but need your advice.

Is there any chance to remove HTML values from the attached examples (column E) to leave “TEXT” values only (marked red)? It is very important to not loos any "TEXT".

The source file has many records with different content and HTML coding (including also e.g. 'Â, â€¯, #LI-CB1, â€¯â€¯ â, ג€‾ג€‾ג€‾Pr, etc.)
