How to give access to everyone to Alteryx App in Alteryx Gallery

Hey there

I have over 1000 users and I want to allow to run the Alteryx App on Alteryx Gallery to everyone who has a link. For me it would take ages to add all of the users to Collection as I have over 1000.

Does anybody know a good solution?

Hi!

This usecase is exactly what the 'place in XYZ Gallery' button in the share menu is for. It makes it visible to everyone via the gallery home page.

Unless you are trying to restrict it so literally not everyone on your server can?

The button is located on the page for app, hit the 'sharing' button; then hit the 'Place in ...Gallery' option.
