How to copy between 2 strings

Hey everyone

I have a column where each row has :

a link , and IP a username a password and port number

they are only separated by spaces

I need a regex formula that would copy the text between these 2 exact words:
IP:   xx.xx.xx.xxx user

everything that is between IP and user.

Any ideas?

Hey don;t worry I got it.

I got 16 chars after the IP and removed all the white spaces and letters.
