How to copy between 2 strings

Hey everyone

I have a column where each row has :

a link , and IP a username a password and port number

they are only separated by spaces

I need a regex formula that would copy the text between these 2 exact words:
IP:   xx.xx.xx.xxx user

everything that is between IP and user.

Any ideas?

Actually none of them works when I put them in my workflow 😕

I want to disregard everything else and only get that ip

not working, there are also other numbers, characters in that same row.

All I want is the IP address that is between the word: ip:  and user and drop every other character or number
