How to concatinate 2 rows based on a condition

Hi everyone,

I'm just starting to learn alteryx so sry if it's easy.

i have a data that looks like this 

Customer Nr	Cusstomer Name	2017	2018	2019
1438	alex	0	0	6182.76
1438	alex	150	493.14	0
54	me	0	0	76
54	me	53	43	0

but i want this 

Customer Nr	Cusstomer Name	2017	2018	2019
1438	alex	150	493.14	6182.76
54	me	53	43	76

How can i achieve this ?
