How to add New Rows based on Condition

Hi Guys,

Since a beginner in Alteryx, Need your guidance for the issue i am facing.

I have a data set where i have duty codes for the staff by each date.

But for the OFF duty code where it is more than 2 days like 3 days or above i miss the row in between.

for example: OFF on 02-04 Ja 2024 but i have record for 2 and 04 Jan 2024 only. I wanted to have 3 records for 02,03,04 Jan 2024 in Roster Date.

However i have duty start date with time and duty end date time as well.

How can i use Alteryx to insert new rows in my data considering the duty start date with time and duty end date.

I have attached the sample data file and highlighted the rows in yellow with problem.

Request your guidance and help to resolve.

Generate Rows can solve this problem. Since you have the complete range, you can filter off the end of the range, and then use Generate Rows to create all relevant dates between Start and End dates:
