How to Transpose Column into rows

I have a set of data (an example - the actual is longer)

Cash	AR	Prepaid	Inventory	PPE
20,000
15,000
	14,000
	17,000
		18,000
		19,000
			20,000
				25,000
				30,000

I want to turn that data into this:

Cash	20,000
Cash	15,000
AR	14,000
AR	17,000
Prepaid	18,000
Prepaid	19,000
Inventory	20,000
PPE	25,000
PPE	30,000

attached I am adding a possible what to transpose your data. I use the Transpose tool and also some data cleansing tools to be able to arrive to your result
