How can I drag name down like excel in an automated way

I am looking to use this data attached and I want it to be useable in Alteryx, so every line item needs the name and check date dragged down so I can filter on things such as "John Smiths, 9/20/2024, Client 401k"

Any suggestions?

@itawney Here is @alexnajm's suggestion played out. The formula used in Check date was also used in the Name column.
