Hierarchical summation

Dear Alteryx-experts,

Could you help me to find the solution to the problem I am currently facing.

After grouping records by the level and year, I need to sum up the accounts on the 3d level (P3) and check, weather the value is equal to one on the second level and so on.

In other words, how to find the sum of children and compare it with the value of the ultimate parent.

My task is to check weather the sum of Values of 3d and 4th records is equal to the value of the second record.

Finally, this procedure should be done for the entire data-set.
