Help with combining rows with different data

Could someone help me combine data into single rows as per the attachment. I have data in different columns that I would like to be in a single row but can't work out how to do it.

Hi @Escaped_Goat 

For what I'm understanding, you want to bring the max value of Consent A, B and Targets.

See solution attached on Workflow.

You just need to use Tile Tool to organize your rows back in order.
