Help Trouble shoot - Dynamic listdropbox from values input file

I used  followed the solution below to a dot but when I ran my example I could not get any results to show up when running it as a app. could someone take a look? Thank you.

My own attached...I'm not sure why is it because of the date field is different?

Hey @BosKev 

Your app is working fine, you just need to enable browse tool in the interface designer to see the results

Thank you....its kind of confusing when I downloaded that example I can see results but can't see anything when I ran my own not knowing small things like this needs to be applied in the browse tool.
