Help Downloading CSV file from website

I am pretty new to Alteryx, and wanting to download a CSV site of information into an Alteryx flow.   Tried using the Text Input Tool, to Download, to Text to column to output.  Attached is the workflow.   Pretty simple, huh?  

 

The website with data  https://data.openstates.org/people/current/tx.csv.  Not sure if I can't download a CSV,  or if I am doing something wrong in my flow.   Will say I know NOTHING about Python or writing API if that is needed.   

 

Appreciate any help you can provide.

You appear to be parsing it on the URL and not on the DownloadData.
