Had a problem in converting Power quire text file

Had an issue with Converting 
Tried the below workflow but not worked out for me

Can you give us some information? What are you trying to do? What are the problems?

1.  Comparing worked hours with schedule 
2. If X took any vto in between the schedule then adjusting the actual punches

   with VTO-adjust punch in & VTO-adjust punch Out

3. then finding worked hours = Scheduled hours 
4. then Worked regular hours = hours actual worked 
5. then need to check whether AA used vto or not 

Expected to get the same output as per the sheet I got different output which is incorrect
