I have set up the Fuzzy match tool to match on an employee ID as the unique record, with Match criteria for Phone and Business Address.
I have some records where it is a 98% match and corrects Dr with Drive. But I have some records where they are identical, yet no matching score is computed:
ID1 | ID2 | MatchScore | MatchScore_Phone | MatchScore_Bus_Address | MatchKey |
G9AAAAP | G9AAAAP | 1649213|1400
G9AAAAP | G9AAAAP | 1649213|500
G9AAAAP | G9AAAAP | 1649213|PLFRT
G9AAAAP | G9AAAAP | 1649213|PRK
G9AAAAP | G9AAAAP | 1649213|ST
018HHHG | 018HHHG | 1649213|1440
018HHHG | 018HHHG | 1649213|500
018HHHG | 018HHHG | 1649213|PLFRT
018HHHG | 018HHHG | 1649213|PRK
018HHHG | 018HHHG | 1649213|ST |
They have the same match keys, but it does not associate them together. Any help is appreciated, spent a couple hours on this and it doesn't make sense, especially when other records are matching, some with 100%, some with 98%, etc. From my understanding, as long as ALL keys match, it should associate them.

I was expecting to see a match like this:
ID1 | ID2 | MatchScore | MatchScore_Phone | MatchScore_Bus_Address | MatchKey |
G9AAAAP | 018HHHG | 100 | 100 | 100 | 1649213|1400 |
G9AAAAP | 018HHHG | 100 | 100 | 100 | 1649213|500 |
G9AAAAP | 018HHHG | 100 | 100 | 100 | 1649213|PLFRT |
G9AAAAP | 018HHHG | 100 | 100 | 100 | 1649213|PRK |
G9AAAAP | 018HHHG | 100 | 100 | 100 | 1649213|ST |
After researching this issue and confirming with Alteryx mothership, the digits in the address need to be an exact match and are not part of the fuzzy match logic. Because of a 1 digit difference (not a 1 letter difference) in my example, the fuzzy match will not be applied, even if the overall match score would still be 98%.
