Fuzzy Match Two Lists

I want to compare two lists of company names, specifically one cell to the adjacent cell and tell if those two records are a match. Having trouble configuring the fuzzy match tool for this. 

Desired Result: 

Company Name	Account Name	Match Status
Apple	Apple Inc	Match
Yahoo	Yahoo Corp	Match
Nestle USA	Nestle UK	Match
Dunkin Donuts	Tim Hortons	No match
