Extracting a text string of variable length

I have data which looks like this:

Big Data|Business|Business Analysis and Strategy|Business Software and Tools|Continuing Education (CEU)|Core Capability Data Analytics|Core Capability Digitalisation|CPE|Data Analysis|Data Analytics|Data Science|Data Science Careers|NASBA Continuing Professional Education (CPE)|Technology

Ultimately, I would like to pull out the characters between the first 'Core Capability' and the subsequent '|'. ie. 'Analytics'.

I have been trying .*?CORE CAPABILITY(.*?)/| (and variants thereof)

Any help appreciated

@DKMI

You were CLOSE...

regex_replace([Field1],".*?Core Capability (.*?)\|.*",'$1')

Cheers,

Mark
