Excel Data movement to O/P sheet and preserve the color coding and position in O/P sheet.

Hello Team,

 

I have on Input file (Input-1) where you would see some data-points colored yellow.

 

It should try to match the data in second excel file (Input-2) and if any match (Invoice #) found then the data should be replaced with the number of data-points comes from Input-1 file with same position (in input-2 file) with same color.

 

Any help would be appreciated, Let me know if you need more clarity on this.
