Error in Creating Tableau published data source

I was able to connect the output in Alteryx to our tableau server folder location successfully and  I am trying to take out of workflow using tableau data source.  it produces a error 

Tableau Output (3) <class 'FileExistsError'>: [WinError 183] Cannot create a file when that file already exists: 'C:\\Users\\PAVAN~1.PEL\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\tmpcndxq0pe\\'

I tried clearing my Temp folder, as a user I could not delete everything in the folder, but I still continue to the same error with a difference folder name at the end

Hey @pavanpelluru,

Does Restarting Alteryx/The PC resolve this issue? Becourse then you should access a new temp folder instead of your old one.

that did not fix the issue. Tried logging and restarting as well
