Hi @mattamidus,

 

It looks like you didn't provide enough data for the ETS function in R, which powers the ETS functionality of the tool, to work. In some situations, ARIMA models don't require as many rows of data as ETS ones. In this case, your options are to either stick with an ARIMA model or to collect more data and use an ETS model. One possible solution for you would be to identify the group with insufficient data, separate it from the rest of the data using a Filter tool, and then use the regular ARIMA tool on that smaller dataset and use the TS Model Factory tool with an ETS model on the rest of your data.
