@avu1it appears you have a character in one of your string fields that makes it think it needs a large character size. Either that, or you really have a value in the string field that is greater than that size limit.  The error message might give you more detail into which field is causing the issue.

@avu1 Can you provide your .xlsx file, so we can easily reproduce it on our end?  Also, what Designer version do you have ?

I encountered the same error with the Designer version Patch 3 (2024.1.1.93),  in xlsx input. When I reached out to the support, they recommended me to install the latest patch from licenses.alteryx.com. Designer version 24.1 Patch 4 (2024.1.1.4.136). As this is the only version (2024.1.1.93) that my company has approved, is there any quick fix for the error?
