I think it is already dynamic, if you selecting all the columns.

So even your columns decrease or increase, it will still do the same.

Or you have other meaning by "Dynamic"?

I want action fields to be dynamic, not the other fields. Actions fields are in even place and Date_diff fields are in odd place.

Hi @Mina2021,

I'd use a similar approach to @Qiu, however if you only want to affect certain columns you can utilize the [_CurrentFieldName_] field available in the multi-field formula tool.
