Is it possible to apply a sensitivity level (eg 'Internal use', 'confidential', etc..) for emails sent directly from a workflow please?
If not, has anyone found a work around for it?

Thanks yes, was thinking of these as an alternative, but I was hoping that there was a way to trigger the sensitivity level from behind the scenes somehow.
Feel like I may need to see if IT can intervene to apply it between Alteryx and Outlook.
Maybe you can do a check in your workflow on email address or department if you have a table for that. You could check in the email address field on the company name/department.
Would make it easier to advise if you can attach an example of what you are looking for
