Email Notification wth Conditions

Hi guys,

 

I would like to ask for your expertise in helping forming a workflow whose email outputs will depends on the contents of the excel file. The excel file will be attached.

 

A. If the excel file is empty the email notification or the body of the email should look like this (pls refer to "05.16.24 Porres Weekend Holiday Lock Exp Report.xlsx") :

 

No Items

 

no contents.JPG

 

The email subject is "Porres Weekend/Holiday Expiration Report 05.16.24" 

 

B. If the excel file is not empty like "05.15.24 Porres Weekend Holiday Lock Exp Report.xlsx",  the content of the email with the file attaching is

 

No Items require reviewing.

 

The email subject is "Porres Weekend/Holiday Expiration Report 05.15.24"

 

C. If the excel file contains "for review", the body of the email should look like this attaching the excel file:

 

Please review attached report.

 

The email subject is "Porres Weekend/Holiday Expiration Report 05.14.24"
