Earn txt file's names and its delimiter in a directory

Hi,
I have a large number of text files in a folder, each with separate columns. I want to get list of names of all the files and its delimiter to be written in a different column.
Please help me how can I do this?

In this case, even if the limiter has a problem, the first line that is read enters the database.

I think its because of first step: 1 Record Limit set to 1.

How can I prevent even the first line from entering the database if the file has a problem?
