I can't tell how drunk you are (cause I didn't count how many you drank)... 😛
Anyways, I tested this in 2020.3 and got it working perfectly.
So, the only differences I can see is you're using a 32bit ODBC connection and I'm using ODBC 13 for it.
Dumb question: Are you sure bi_shipment_AWB is a string right?
Can you try with this and let me know?
