Update R Packages

I am trying to install the package "weights".  I'm getting an error that package "mice" is required.  When I load library(mice), it tells me that my version of dplyr is 0.8.5 but needs to be 1.0.0

I tried install.packages from within and alteryx R node, but dplyr could not be installed.  I opened up R.exe in AppData\Local\Alteryx\R-3.6.3\bin and ran install.packages("dplyr") I confirmed with packageVersion("dplyr") that 1.0.2 is installed.  When I go back into alteryx, it is still using version 0.8.5

How can I fix this so that I can use the package "weights"
