Downloading Excel File from a URL and using the data

I created below workflow to download data from a website. Can I use the same workflow to read the file and use that data?

Use case,
is there a way to automate download of an excel file from hyperlink in outlook email, which i receive daily from a report provider and save the file into a SharePoint folder?
