Download .yxmd file from Mongodb (Scheduler db)

Hello Alteryx experts, 

Is there way I can download the scheduled yxmd file from mongodb ?

Accidentally we have lost the local copy, But we have scheduled that workflow yesterdy using "Run a copy of the workflow stored in the schedulre db" option. So, Can I download that yxmd file out of mongodb ?

Do we have a way to do this if workflow is large and chunked or for chained apps and /or analytic apps?

Attached is an update of Patrick Digan's excellent workflow for 23.2+ where the __ServiceData blob field has been replaced with standard fields.

An alternative is to explore a more recent feature to convert these types of "hidden" scheduled workflows to standard/visible schedules and workflows.
